Our Resident Tour Directors have lived for decades, perhaps even their entire lives, in the places you visit. They are year-round residents with the kind of insight into local culture that can only come from being a local themselves. Overseeing your entire journey, they accompany you every day, sharing a beyond-the-guidebook understanding of daily life and introducing you to everything from temples in their best light to bustling neighborhoods at their most authentic hour. In addition, our Travel Partner employs only the most accomplished expert local guides to join your guided tours and shore excursions.
Intimate Groups of Just 24 Guests
Expect to join a small group of no more than 24 guests on every departure, which makes an important difference in how you experience your destination. Small groups give you more opportunity to get to know your Resident Tour Director, expert local guides and fellow guests, while allowing access to places and events larger groups can’t manage.

Services, Transfers and Gratuities Included
Amenities and services are fully included, with no hidden costs, on your journey. Arrival and departure transfers, regardless of time of day, are included. Gratuities are included, too, except for your Resident Tour Director, which is left to your sole discretion.

Family Journeys are planned from the ground up to satisfy adventurers of all ages, with stays at select boutique hotels with kid-friendly amenities. Departures coincide with school breaks, and free time is built into the itineraries to allow you to explore as a family. To help share the gift of travel with the entire family, we've added a savings of $400 per child on all Family Journeys.
